The procedure
Here you will find out what you need to know to commission a painting from me. What you can expect, what I need from you, how we can achieve the best result together and approximately what it will cost. What you get?
My paintings are 100% handmade, you buy with the order the original - real art - no digital work from the printer. My technique is a combination of ink pen and watercolors on high quality 300g watercolor paper, sent without frame, flat and securely packed.

The right photo
As a template for the portrait I need only one photo. But you can also send me several pictures. I get the best results if you follow these tips for the template: The right photo

size and finish
You can choose between two standard sizes. The small portrait has 30 x 40 centimeters, the large 42 x 56 centimeters. Any other desired format up to 100 x 100 centimeters is also possible! Double portraits, so two (or more) animals on one picture are also possible.

colors and details
Let me know if I should stay away from certain colors, or if it should remain especially colorful, or rather natural. Also, as a special effect, I can offer you the "raining colors" for your painting.

How long it will take?
On average I need 4 to 6 weeks until completion. If the image is needed urgently, let me know and we'll see what I can do! Please note that shipping to the USA or Australia takes up to 4 weeks and I can not influence the shipping time.

price and delivery
The price depends on the size, the number of animals in the picture, personal wishes and color details. My two standard sizes (see point 04) are on average 230€ and 380€. The exact price will be defined in advance. The painting is then shipped by parcel service.
